High Theft Solution’s visible red ink bottle and EAS integration provide additional benefits for rejection deterrence
THOROFARE, NJ–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Checkpoint Systems, the world’s leading provider of retail electronic goods anti-theft (EAS), RFID solutions, and Alpha anti-theft solutions, today announced a new anti-theft The solution can protect fine clothes from leaving pinholes.
NeedleLok™ can protect delicate fabric garments, such as underwear and light fabric garments. Ordinary hard tags and pins will leave destructive holes in the product after being removed. As a one-piece solution, NeedleLok improves the ease of use and removal and overall safety by covering the needle when not in use.
NeedleLok includes an AM or RF ferrite to trigger the EAS system and provide benefit rejection through a highly visible red ink bottle.
“Unlike other retail anti-theft solutions that are not suitable for fine clothing at all, NeedleLok will gently unroll the fabric threads instead of piercing them, thus avoiding leaving visible holes after removal,” said Stuart Rosenthal, vice president of sales and marketing. Checkpoint’s Alpha high theft solution. “This combined with a powerful anti-theft function makes it the perfect solution for protecting underwear and other thin/fine fabric garments.”
• Single piece label with integrated needle, easier for staff to manage (single component and multiple components)
Availability: NeedleLok is available immediately. In addition, the Mini NeedleLok version will be launched at the end of the first quarter of 2018.
